Pros

Diverse in terms of patient and colleagues. Normally routine situations that become dangerous encourages, at times, great camraderie.

Cons

Management is awful. The goal seems to be to build a bigger hospital complex with no real actual concern for patient or employee safety. The staff that stay are desperate or have a plan that forces them to stay. Mid and upper management are souless.
