I have been working here from last 2 years and never thought about a job change. This is one of the fastest growing start up in India. Working hour: 10Am - 6Pm, Mon-Sat. Nobody has ever asked us to stay post 6Pm. I Never had any salary issues. Every month, I get it on time. Great place to execute your skills and achieve both i.e., personal goals and company goals. The Boss is so motivating, we all forget our pain and give our 90%(Nobody is perfect :-) ).
Cons
If you love your work, you will never find any cons here. There is no flexibility of office timing which makes us punctual.
