Pros

Customers were amazing, used to make my day and it was a pleasure to assist. I have learned fashion retail management and a lot, for future work placements. I am so grateful for some managers from other shops that gave right assistance. Great experience at the start .

Cons

Good for regular sales assistant/ supervisor (part time) if u are an assistant manager (full time) they will eat u alive, unless u know everything very well before becoming one, do only ur job, not be friendly with any of members of staff, u are a workoholic and dont mind getting disturbed on ur days off...then u will be fine. Your training is 2 weeks for assistant manager in london, that u have to pay transport first, then get the money later, the training was very basic, mostly how to use the till, fold clothes... I was trained by an assitant manager that started very recently, so most my training was given by the staff. Refunds are a nightmare. No rest, on ur day off u need to answer phonecalls or reply messages ( they used to say is part of the job). Do not expect the right support when u need it at all times and you might be the talk of the town if u do something wrong or a mistake.
