We understand that we might not be the right fit for everyone, but we are actually proud of the fact that our owner cares about the company and is engaged with the various departments and teams when he can be. He is not an absent leader which is what has helped build the company to what we are. Being a flat organization, decisions are made quickly and everyone has access to the owner.
