      There no pros working at this Pos company

      there liars . they tel you one thing and do something different...they want you to run illegal...they don't give care about there drivers....some dispatchers are full of it.... raggedy equipment.... Run fast and far away from this mess of a company....the worst place I've ever worked for... You don't know what your gonna do from one day to the next ...they act like u don't have a life outside the truck... pos. company...poorly ran very unorganized... No benefits...no insurance..no 401 k...they just hustling.....No work life balance

      Nothing positive at all Mismanaged.

      Cons

      Totally mismanaged. Circus environment. No maintenance on trucks. Trailers are second hand POS. Bald tires They treat drivers terribly and steal money from your check.

      The other managers and owner are very toxic. The culture there is not good at all. They expect you to work more than overtime
