Company offers international experience as it has locations in North America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Australia and Asia. I believe it was a very rewarding opportunity while working there

Cons

The size of the company which is medium, although the company is small enough which allows senior management to interact with the rest of the team, the opportunities to grow into any department or above are very small

If you are in the mats business you will probably have a good experience. Corporate likes the mats business, CEO came from that side. Plenty of budget, they will be able to hire people and retain talent. If you are in the fluids business as a field engineer, your experience will be similar to that of competitors with the same benefits and drawbacks. Work-life balance is generally better than competitors.

Cons

Corporate has open disdain for the fluids business. No budget for anything. See above. Benefits are substandard compared to industry. Politics throughout the organization. Does not even attempt to retain talent. Company seems almost happy to lose mid-career talent. Massive layoffs are common, cuts are often deeper than competitors.
