      A company with good moral and professional compass. You will be well compensated for the good work, bright people will grow faster and you can make some life long relations with good people. Payscale fairly matches the market standards, work is diverse and provides opportunities to learn and grow, benefits are well within the expectations.

      Cons

      Requires more to senior influence and push to learn and grow. Most people become stagnant and demotivated to push themselves to next level. Lately they have worked on this and are doing really well.
