      # Good Salary offered compared to other Indian Companies # Nice Work Place # Alternate Saturday Off # No Notice period

      Cons

      # Salary doesn't come on time # All employees on CONTRACT # Contract to be signed after 15 days of Joining and mentioned in contract that they can fire employee anytime # Company not registered in India # They FIRE employees at any moment # No Job Security # Unethical work should be done # BPO culture, calling work mostly # Will hire for Newsdog but they will make you work for other video app and dating app # 10-12 hours working culture # Salary will be decreased by 15% every month if they doesn't satisfy with your work # Difficult to get one day LEAVE also # Never implements our Ideas # Avoid Disputes

      Pros

      If you are looking for a short-term job, then this company is for you. Because in a short period of time, the company's Chinese management, specially their co-founder will make sure that you suffer and leave. They have 10 hours straight working time. No Saturday off sometimes can ask for work on Sunday also and will not pay for overtime too.
