I have been working here for over a year and I know all these 5 star reviews are written by management. Pros = newtopia wants to have people have healthier lives.

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing. They grasp at straws and then dump on the front line. We have a toxic culture and our front line staff are treated terrible.

Management just made a big deal about our reviews on Glassdoor. There are lots of good reviews, but they were all written on the same day on Nov. 5 2014.

Can’t think of any pros. Hard to imagine that a small startup company can have so much politics, such bad communication

Cons

People are close-minded and dishonest. Lots of politics. No true respect. Front line employees are treated terrible. Need to know the “rules” and the “real bosses” to survive here.
