Too many managers and not enough people doing the work. New managers were hired and the culture came. They were very micromanaging and I could not do my job. Communication from the top was horrible. Some of us had our direct managers changed without telling us. Managers had no plan for product and no strategy. All they made was a big mess and a lot of confusion. We all work very hard and they hired new people, and then they fired a lot of us because the company said they change direction. One new manager at first sounded nice and professional but then became very mean and horrible impolite person. Always push and push team her way even when she is wrong and nobody can say no or say something different to what she want.
