      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule allows you to work from home a lot.

      Cons

      CSR's are considered extremely expendable and treated like 2nd class citizens by the other departments. Not much accountability or assistance from management. The motivational speeches and/or memos they give to employees basically just say that you need to work harder. A lot of nonstop responsibilities and headaches go along with this role.

      Great colleagues Remote work Good pay Promise of bonus this year.

      Cons

      Paul Tayler is no longer CEO. CEO implementing cost saving measures that are killing morale. Many functions moved to India without adequate training for India team. This is causing many issues with customers and suppliers. CEO messaging is often out of touch.
