Hybrid Schedule allows you to work from home a lot.
Cons
CSR's are considered extremely expendable and treated like 2nd class citizens by the other departments. Not much accountability or assistance from management. The motivational speeches and/or memos they give to employees basically just say that you need to work harder. A lot of nonstop responsibilities and headaches go along with this role.
