Working at Nexgrid has given me the opportunity to develop myself; take the time to grow and learn, and that was really important to me during the time in my life when I joined the company. If you have the drive and ambition, there are a ton of ways in which you can grow here. Great pay, health care benefits were included. Company parties and outings

The company is fast paced and innovative, great place to learn about this field and technology, co-workers are great, fun work place, fun events. They like to promote within and give others opportunities to move within the company.

Communication between departments can be improved, internal processes can be better defined.
