      Friendly people Great manager Flexibility Ok salary with language and quarterly bonuses Company tries to upskill and promote people from the inside

      Cons

      Break amount minimum for Poland sometimes it is not convenient Benefits are not very good as only partial coverage is provided A lot of technical issues with the systems, accesses etc., it takes a lot of time to get it sorted out Some days are really stressful Team buildings or events are very rare
