Pros
A great place for Freshers to learn about HR. Salaries are phenomenal.. If you are a performer, appraisal amount can go upto 100% hike. I am one who has got a similar hike. Attrition rate of this company is less than 1%. Employees feel proud completing year after year with this organisation.
Cons
There is no place for non-performers. The system is such that it throws them out.

Pros
The reporting managers behave so personal... That they also wish to know whats happening in our personal lives. And taunt's us for the same which is disgusting.
Cons
Salaries not paid...... All the employees work on charity.... These people call themselves as managers and don't know how to handle a client. Pity on them.
