Pros
Helpful Human Resources personnel. All colleagues that I have communicated with were helpful and friendly.
Cons
Atrocious remote work setup. No pay or grade raise. The team I worked with was drastically understaffed. Sloppy coding practices. Fewer and fewer possibilities for remote or even hybrid work.
