Great People, No Direction

Pros

Base Comp is Solid and there are ways to do extra tasks and see into meetings you wouldn't be able to at bigger companies.

Cons

Commission and Quota are not researched, and are never hit by the sales teams unless we pay for a conference or inbound generation. Leadership is constantly switching strategies every 2-4 weeks and there is no clear ICP.

Pros

Good technology stack. Building a viable offering for data integrations, transformations and data as a product.

Cons

Management is inflexible. If you have a good idea, they take it as if it was their own. Very protective of their inner circle. High churn rate in over GTM organization... they chew you up and spit you out.

Solid product, reasonably competitive pay.

Cons

Poor leadership, with little respect for anybody outside of C-level and engineering. Zero support and active sniping. Stay away.
