Good shift pattern Interesting at first People on shop floor are nice

Management clueless Bullying culture Penny pinching on both personnel and equipment side of things "Do as we say not as we do" mentality Big big divide between production and office staff. Most decisions made are for the benefit of the former with the latter being forgotten about. Encouraged to report things that are wrong then lambasted for it when they're actually reported. Progression opportunities virtually impossible, unlike management say. Nepotism
