Pros
One of the most honest companies in the field in Campania, which tries its best to keep talents from escaping, but eventually has to let them go due to the inherent limitations of their business model.
Cons
No in house work, you are hired by them but end up working for another company, often through many levels of indirection.

- Closeness to the employees - They care about the emplyees - Unlike big companies, here you don't feel just like a number - Wide number of clients - The opportunity to work with new technologies - Direct relationship between employess and the company managers and administration
