Used to be a fun work environment with a lot of young creative people.
Cons
The CEO and upper management did not respect their employees and often would reprimand their staff for things that were out of their hands. The CEO would also over sell products to customers who would become upset when things were not delivered as they were promised. Overall, it was a very toxic environment.
