      Pros

      Great benefits, and most the employees are really great people. They make Good products.

      Cons

      Do not ask for accommodations they have ZERO tolerance for disabilities or neurodivergence. Also the company is a family business, so it is very nepotistic. Don't expect to get a promotion. Also don't ever have an opinion opposite of management they do not like to be challenged.

      Pros

      Culture that celebrates curiosity, learning, growth, collaboration, and invites all to be part of the company mission. Chill work place with lots of benefits. Allows for a good work life balance. Given opportunities to better the world local and abroad. Run by real people that are available and dynamic to suggestions.

      Cons

      Fast growing companies will always have growing pains. However, due to a continued culture of growth and progress, fixes and needed adjustments seem to be sufficient when addressed.

      There are cool benefits like the game room and free snacks.

      Cons

      They will underpay you compared to other companies in the valley. Be careful of upper management they are very very close with each other and will stab you in the back.
