Cons
The office environment was very poor. I was given the smallest desk in the entire office, tucked away in a corner with zero privacy. My workspace was repeatedly disrespected — Shelby constantly micromanaged, leaned over my desk while I was trying to work, and people would go through my desk drawers, leaving papers everywhere and never cleaning up after themselves. It made it nearly impossible to stay organized or feel comfortable. Jordan contributed to a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere with frequent awkward interactions. I genuinely feel bad for Breeana — she is the backbone of that company, holding so much together, yet her hard work often goes unrecognized and undervalued. Overall, the workplace felt chaotic, intrusive, and not supportive of its employees.
