Pros

Occasional BBQ Air fryer and toaster in kitchen

Cons

Toxic leadership, culture of bulling and harassment. If you raise an issue, you will be pushed out of the company. Micromanaging, hostile work environment with Senior mgmt allowing abuse of its workers to continue and will blame the victims and pressure them to resign. Help desk staff are treated as resources and not people and are closely monitored through the day, receiving negative feedback on a minute by minute basis. Expect everyone in the office to hear the team leader speak negatively to and about everyone. Discrimination and abuse is poorly disguised as jokes. The owner himself claims to be above the law as "it is his money." He has stated multiple times that he has given up on his staff being happy. Other people will take credit for your work and make up lies to keep you downtrodden.
