- Ripe for learning, with the management supporting employee/practitioner progression - Very orderly systems - Inclusive and warm team, driven by the couple that founded it -Community feel amongst practitioners and patients -Open minded
Cons
-Patients are quite anal, so must be equipped to deal with demanding clientele
