      - great opportunity to experience global fashion business and get an understanding of the industry as a whole - great opportunity to travel - great benefits such as shares, bonus, private healthcare - high calibre of talent to work amongst and learn from

      - too many politics between NS and next that get in the way of doing the job and being as efficient as you can be - poor senior management & blame culture - work life balance

      Cons

      Old system, old office, old equipment, poor management, assign excessive work. Ask employee to use unrealistic ideas and methods to complete tasks. When a problem arises, other teams only shift the blame and show no intention of solving the issue, and this culture is fostered by upper management.
