Pros
No reason to work for them, because in the first days during the compliance you will see the chaos, they don't know what kind of information do you need to provide. You will get opposite information, you will see what you never before, they will lie to you and you will have a lot of fake promises.
Cons
Zero support by office workers, fake people will give you fake informations. Probably the worst ever felt like lazy amateurs.
