      No work life balance, bill rates are low, too competitive of industry. Hard to build pipeline as a new recruiter.

      The work itself is fun, you get lots of responsibility fast.

      Cons

      The treatment of employees is horrible, nobody stays there longer than one summer. Some quit even after one month. The management is not organized in professional manner. The salary is very small.
