This is a Varanasi based travel start-up which is extremely pathetic, when it comes to their internal management, coordination, vendors, service, work timings, and salary. Your hard work & efforts will not be appreciated at all, there's no fixed log in/lunch break/log out time, (it's a 9 hour shift) mentioned by the them on your offer letter but actually it's 24*7 where your personal life is not respected at all. If you're joining them please be prepared to "work for free" because they claim themselves to be bootstrapped and will not pay you. Even though they have an entirely dysfunctional & pathetic system with no proper SOP & POAs they'll blame it all on you and will find an excuse to "fire" you so that they don't have to pay you the salary promised! Absurd targets, abusive environment, extremely unprofessionals, unhealthy & filthy work environment which will ruin your mental & physical health. They are basically scammers who can only sugar coat words but don't have enough fund or money to pay, but will hire people offering them way less salary than last drawn yet wouldn't even pay that giving pointless reasons. They will not provide with any minimum facilities that any company would provide while hiring for WFH opportunities! Not even with a sim card amount reimbursement...!!! (when I said that I meant that) They're now targeting freshers, who can join them in least expected CTC and work day in & out as commanded. KINDLY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP!!
