Pros

Good exposure to real-world SaaS products in loyalty, rewards, and employee engagement. Opportunities to take ownership of features and production issues. Direct interaction with enterprise clients helps improve communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible work environment, including work-from-home options. Stable work due to long-term client relationships.

Cons

Documentation and process standardization can be improved. Work can be reactive due to client escalations and tight timelines.

Pros

1- You're not constantly bothered with meetings or messages for silly things 2- There are no fixed break times; you can take breaks whenever it suits you.

Cons

MAIN- They breach privacy by reading your private messages,so be careful 1- No career growth 2- Low salary – even though the offer letter mentions perks/commissions, they’re rarely provided. 3- Absolutely no motivation, financially or even through basic verbal appreciation. 4- The CEO puts blind trust in his managers. There’s barely any proper communication, and even when real issues come up, you’re met with vague, one-liner responses after asking multiple times. Sometimes, you literally have to beg just to get a meeting. 5. They don’t provide any reimbursement or laptops.
