None really, aside from using the services with your limited staff membership.
Cons
-EXTREMELY toxic work culture -nurses are not appreciated (exemplified by revolving door of RNs) -upper management is very old-school in their business practices -poor training -“boot strap” mentality -blatant lack of interest in the well-being their staff -the place is funded by “investors” who you will be expected to treat like royalty and subsequently be disrespected by -daily profit is prioritized over long term sustainability of staff and long term interest in clients -only wealthy clients are truly cared for and followed to maximize profit -cliques and gossiping run rampant (management included), it’s really depressing to be around -CMO is highly manipulative -all blame goes on floor level staff
