      Only fresher can be attracted as they don't know how life is going to be hell. Office Infrastructure. The Technology they are working on

      Cons

      Huge difference between salary promised. They will change everything once you accept the offer letter. Always asking personal questions and ask compromise the personal time ( health, sleep &;also family time). No proper trainings No mangement.

      There are only drawbacks, with no benefits to be found.

      • They practice a system of easily hiring and firing employees. • They force employees to sign an unlawful 2-year employment bond, and if you leave, they subject you to mental distress. • The CEO expects employees to be submissive; even diligent work is met with criticism. • Department heads engage in harassment to pressure employees to quit. • Workloads are unevenly distributed. • Official communication occurs primarily through WhatsApp due to the CEO's preference, sidelining Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. • Ineffective family members hold key management positions. • Individuals who harass employees are part of the POSH Team, making it difficult to file complaints.
