      -Impressive ecological technology; when there's a project going on, everyone is keen and motivated. -Supportive people that dislike micromanaging and are talented in their role

      -Extremely stressful; due to the company being small, the responsibilities fall on people who are already spread out thin

      The technology is impressive and is something I wish, for the sake of our planet, there was more demand for. The office location cannot be beat.

      Cons

      There is no mentorship and very little growth opportunity. It is also stressful working for a company that could sink at any moment.
