      "The culture is what makes the company!"

      Pros

      In all the time I've worked here I see that Nexus Energy Values and takes care of all its employees. Being in Solar and call centers for the last 10yrs, the system they have set in place is made for everyone to succeed. They give you all the needed training and tools to be very successful. Its very team oriented with the best people in the business. They know what they are doing to make sure we are around for years to come. Plenty of opportunities to grow!

      Cons

      This industry is always changing and it is definitely a very fast paced work environment. I happen to love these things so it works for me.

      The only pro this company is pay

      Cons

      No benefits insurance is expensive unpredictable hours schedule comes in late at night and even on sundays sudden extended over nights and just flat out disrespectful it is very clear that they do not care about employee turn over rate
