Pros

Good fellow recruiters. You'll create friendship. Trauma bond? Lol. Incentives is godly if you have a moving accounts. Working schedule is heaven. Open for career shifters and very welcoming for the first 3 months. Sick leaves are available but you're not allowed to take any not unless your dying. All of your excuses will be considered as a lie and will be an issue.

Cons

You're worth is measured by numbers. Good performers are rewarded by more workload bad performers are treated like an invisible employee. Toxic environment and not a safe space.. at least on our team. Demotivated and under pressure? Sure, they can make you feel worse. Work is bearable but the leader is insufferable. Wonder why your recruiters are quitting?

Pros

Employee engagement has been very active recently with the Fun Friday games, today - they are giving away GCs and a chocolate box to the first twenty employees who will leave a review, hiding all the bad reviews here on Glassdoor trying to revive an already struggling to survive company in terms of culture and work environment.

Cons

While the idea of giveaways and small rewards like gift cards and chocolates may seem nice, it's clear that Nezda is trying to mask the deeper issues at hand. Incentivizing employees to leave positive reviews feels like an attempt to stop genuine feedback about the real challenges we face. Chocolates and gift cards won’t fix the problems within the workplace. Employees are not naive, and it's disheartening to see these efforts being made to cover up instead of addressing the actual concerns. It’s time to listen to your employees, stop hiding behind superficial gestures, and take real action to improve the work environment.

Pros

They accept fresh graduates (someone that they can exploit, lol). They also have a few good work colleagues, leads, and managers that you can lean on in times when the company is being a big, fat toxic employer.

Cons

This company is a big, fat liar. Great place to work? More like a toxic place to work. They are great when it comes to micromanaging (that's the best thing that they can do). Favoritism is their favorite game (employees need to hit their quota or target to be given a chance to work from home, while there are employees that can work on a hybrid setup without a sweat). You are sick? Do you want to take a leave in order to rest? Oh no, we can't give you those benefits since you haven't reached your target. Are you aware of gaslighting? This company can teach you about that. No matter how hard you try to recruit, look for candidates, endorse, or hit your numbers, that won't do. You're underperforming unless you give them millions in revenue. Do you want a millions revenue? How about looking for better clients and accounts that are actually moving instead of putting all the blame on the recruiters? You demand so much, but your compensation and benefits are not enough for all the workloads and toxicity that you give to your employees.
