      The workload is very light, we only work from the office three days a week, and the people here are very nice.

      - Management lacks vision and roadmap: Every day the Boss will have a new obsession to fixate on - You'll be working on ancient technology: It has been able to survive only because of the proprietary Mayo Clinic data - The Boss would have suddens fits of micromanagement and would start asking everyone for their contribution

      Nothing. It might sound like an exaggeration. But absolutely no pros. Zero.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture and management. Managers and leaders were hired on the basis of how arrogant and narcissistic they are. That might be a criteria during their interview. They have no plans for the future. They don't know where the company is going. But judging by their current attitude, it is going down. Please don't join. The HR might beg you to join with all fake perks. Do NOT beleive them. Take the other offer you have, even if it is a lower pay, everyday office, and less growth currently. Any other offer is better than this.
