Pros

The learning experience of how to avoid narcissists, that they will never change and working anywhere else is better.

Cons

free labor inability to speak truth, it is not allowed the sycophantic few who surround the queen long hours with no appreciation cult like worship of people with no integrity watching it slowly go down the drain, year by year

Pros

The teachers and trainers are really great and sweet.

Cons

The management will tell you to do things and encourage you to make changes but they NEVER follow through. Also the structure of the company allows for the management to make money while the teachers do not. I really suggest not working here if you want to advance your career and have a job that is rewarding.

Pros

Nothing good to say about them what so ever.

Cons

I worked with this company for over 3 years and watched the mismanagement continually tank this company. The CEO is an egocentric, unrealistic narcissist. His wife is not much better. The work environment is extremely toxic and Abusive. My recommendation is to NEVER work for these people no matter what they tell you. They like to promise big things and never follow through; then somehow it's your fault. Do NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
