Pros
Plenty of overtime, salary mobility, numerous job responsibilities, very inclusive coworkers, and fair owners that go out of their way to care about my life outside of work.
Cons
Small organization so you have to be okay with wearing multiple hats. It can get a little tedious sometimes.
