      Get to work on multi-million dollar properties with high grade materials and little budget restrictions.

      Cons

      Communication and H.R. practices can be very poor. Little to no design freedom.

      Pros

      Decent pay for Florida and excellent benefits and OT is paid. Have a chance to work on some unbelievable homes.

      Cons

      PTO is awful until you've been there for a few years. Organization of CAD and graphic standards is poor, making it difficult to be efficient. Turnover is very high
