Great company otherwise with a great home-grown culture.

Cons

The some leadership in human resources is always condescending to anyone they aren't trying to suck up to, and any time they are tasked with any work they only ever spends their efforts shopping it out, or outright refusing. They also have a history of contracting with family members.
