      Friendly teammates but messy management and policies

      Pros

      Local office with small group of teammates, teammates are friendly Flexible hours -( only allow to choose time slot at the start of year, 9 or 9.30, and you need to stick with is the whole year, is that flex? you call it :) Christmas gifts

      Cons

      Family style management messy policy HR / Admin are promote from other team, know nothing about legal or policy Team structure / plans keep changing, KPI target change in the middle of the year.

      Pros

      The leadership team are professional and very caring. You are working with international teams consistently. Opportunities to travel and visit offices around the world. Well funded and willing to invest in the right areas. Client base is strong and are a well trusted supplier of furniture

      Cons

      The compensation just isn't desirable. There was a commission structure introduced but only when the entire team around Europe delivers.
