At Ninja, I’ve been working in a fully remote environment with a very dynamic pace and strong focus on product innovation. I’ve especially enjoyed collaborating across teams, moving quickly on new ideas, and building digital products with a constant experimentation mindset.
Cons
One of the challenges at Ninja has been that, over time, some processes became a bit slower due to increased bureaucracy and decision-making layers. While the company still has a strong innovative mindset, this has sometimes made execution and experimentation less agile than before.
