You: "Could you please provide reasons for your opinion? How can I improve it?" They: "I don't know. Figure it out!" But wait, there's more! The detrimental impact of a romantic relationship between a C-level executive and a Director-level individual on company performance is impossible to ignore. The Director-level person shamelessly doles out biased comments about other departments' work, and the C-level individual shamelessly leans on them.
