      Pros

      -can leave on time as long as u finish the work -AL easily approved by higher-ups -nobody questions if u want to take AL and everyday can go for afternoon prayer at ease -friendly colleagues -good if u are fresh grads and aiming for first job

      Cons

      -basic pay according to market rate but for me not worth it due to high volume daily work -no pro rate bonus or increment for staff under one year (kinda demotivates staff who almost reach one year of employment by the time of company yearly increment) -no job rotational and almost no chance for promotion & career growth -same boring daily task

      - Legit business - Bigger responsibilities compared if you work in a retail store - You can learn so many things if only your senior are treat you good - Good for someone who graduated from high school

      Cons

      - sucks supervisor. Got experiences, well respected but got no manner. - always go tantrum - if u bad, then u are forever bad for her - she supervisor always true, not consider anyone opinion as she already work there more than 10 years lol
