Interesting projects, but poor communication creates toxic culture

Compensation is good. Interesting projects.
Cons
Communication of expectations from the top down is poor. This leads to fits of anger from the CEO and company wide "call outs", and overall a toxic working environment.

- Hostile and abusive language especially from the CEO - Confusing and misleading communication - Constantly changing requirements - Expectation of overtime to fix the bad management decisions
