Pros
In your range of responsibility you are free to do as you like. Everybody minds their own business. Good values ("beauty" - e.g. no overtime work is beauty). Chance of getting your own (small) game approved. Countryside (Commute time can be 5min without paying high rent; a lot of nature) Self-publishing.
Cons
Decision processes are slow. The company is rather conservative (new technology is rarely introduced). Low salary. Countryside (almost no possibility to connect with other game makers; not many veterans apply).
