The President was too controlling and did not allow any freedom or decision making on an individual level.

Too small for any economies of scale to allow for competitive advantages in realm of pricing or any other financial aspects.

Lead by a Control Freak President and way too much Micromanaging! Not a culture that anyone should be a part of. Lots of turnover for a 22 employee company because the President likes to fire everyone! Do Not Work Here! Run!
