Pros
Remote work that leaves little to be desired (unless you're a graphic designer). Low-level office politics. Led by a true man of character. Benefits are very well distributed.
Cons
Same as most other agencies, yet to tap into full potential. Breakdown of communication between departments can be frustrating. Clients have been given too much power resulting in more "industry" and less "creative" work. Employees and some department leads have normalized the concept of never truly being on leave.
