      It was a paying job..

      I was told to constantly lie to customers or delay their communication as to where their returned products were. We had to make up names when answering the phones.

      Easy job to get nice co workers

      Cons

      Dirty work environment, no heath and safety. Take on apprentices for £3.50 per hour and sack them after a year, have them on the wrong apprenticeship and provide no support. Often asked to work in other departments for no benefits and left to run the place. Management look down on all staff. Scam customers. I was there a year and saw 7+ staff leave from a team of 3 and 13 leave from the whole company (a team of 11) high turn over for a reason
