Pros
None . They just hire you as a milking cow.. Till the point billing is on - they are sweet to you. Once billing is stopped from client - they just stop responding.
Cons
When they need you to join their client they are very polite and decent. The fun starts on payroll days -- as it keeps on moving and randomly changes. No trust on its employees. Most of cases these employees are outsourced to clients. Post - separation from company - HR dept never talks to Finance. Both dept. behave as if both are different company. Seems more hatred in unspoken words in between the departments/regions/cities.Just try to shoulder off the WORK.. Worst part is -- you need to ASK for your HR release letter, PAY SLIPS, Experience LETTER, form 16 .. etc etc... On company experience check - multiple follow ups are required. Even Dept guys from Finance , HR are frustrated from their hierarchical management.
