Pros
There is a strong sense of community, passionate people are still the majority. Human approach to management, nobody will force you to do overtime, and if you do decide to help out, there is always some added bonus to sweeten the deal. You can work both on site and flex. Management is open to four days a week contracts.
Cons
Lack of attention to most non production related processes. (E.G. Office Management, onboarding, IT and company culture preservation and development.) Company is quickly growing to the point were culture might shift dramatically.
